There are some small differences in the instant versus the regular mailed PetTravelCard:  the heading on the Instant card says “PetTravelCard.com/Instant“. The regular mailed PetTravelCard comes with 4 removable adhesive labels for trip specific or temporary information, but that information can be added to the laminated Instant card with an appropriate pen and then easily erased.
